to keep up on my blogging that is. But sadly, I was slacking. Then without fail my apartment was broken into and my computer was jacked. I guess the guy who stole it knew how bad I am at this and decided that he could do better. Or he just needed to score another bag, either way I’ve resorted to using the girlfriends computer for the time being. I won’t let it slow me down….well much. Hopefully I’ll be back in action soon.
Speaking of the ol’ lady….she’s got a show coming up soon! Get into it!

Well I just finished a few logo submissions for Womslam, and Blaq City Entertainment. They’re part of Genius rocket. Which is just a little something to pass the time and try out some fresh design. The weekend has breezed by once again, hit up the hometown still didn’t manage to get a hair cut, and still haven’t responded to all of my emails. Bleh.
Oh and just for the sake of sharing…a lil sunday sketch.

Well not really. I just saw that headline and thought it would be a good start. I’ve been really busy selling off my stuff. Doodling. Eating. and Drinking. But not so busy blogging. But I was concerned at the thought of seeing this sign. Which concerns me.

Well tis the season for home brew. Well at least for my girlfriend. She bought all of the supplies to start our homebrewing and stepped it up doing it all her self! Apparently she couldn’t wait for me to bring my sorry ass down to help. So in her honor I created a label for the first batch dedicated to her. Still needs some tweaks but so far I’m into it.
In other news I’ve started selling off most of my bike collection and have been surprised at the amount of craigslist creeps that demand immediate call backs. Anyone want to volunteer to do this for me?

Wow I’ve been sick all week, and Thursday just snuck up on me. I can’t say that I’m not stoked, the sooner that the end of the week comes the better. No huge updates, I did however witness a combination neck tattoo + scarface leather jacket! I love Steelyard Commons.

Ahh that New Blog Smell….

Well I decided it was time for an update, or just a break from “ye olde blogger” so I’ve switched over to a fresh new wordpress page. I am hopefully going to maintain some pretty consistant updates to the blog, as well as my site with any luck. I recently revamped someguydesign with a new clean look. Its a little darker shade than the last, but I think it is just as visually appealing. Working on a few new logo projects outside of the full time gig, so things are progressing.
As a side note — I couldn’t be happier that its almost time for cycling season to start up again. I’m nothing like “The Lance” but getting out on my bike seems to simlify and bring everything in life together for me….sadly Cleveland Ohio winter weather isn’t exactly the place to find that balance…soon enough!
Now its time to get back to the grind. And by the grind I mean the nectar of the gods freshly brewed and ready to guzzle. Everybody’s workin’ for the weekend…right?
